For advance payments, we accept Bkash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer.
The company will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

3️⃣ Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery within Dhaka will take approximately 1–3 working days,
and outside Dhaka within 3–7 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
A tracking number will be provided once the product is dispatched.

4️⃣ Return & Exchange Policy

Only defective products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, with intact packaging and tags.

5️⃣ Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal information with any third party.
Customer data is used only for order fulfillment and communication purposes.

1️⃣ সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি।
সকল তথ্য ও পণ্য বিবরণী যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

2️⃣ অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট নীতি

সব অর্ডার ফোন কল বা মেসেজ কনফার্মেশনের পর প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হবে।
অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার গ্রহণযোগ্য।
ভুল ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে ডেলিভারির দায় কোম্পানির নয়।

3️⃣ ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং নীতি

ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি ১–৩ কার্যদিবস,
ঢাকার বাইরে ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
কুরিয়ারের বিলম্বে কোম্পানি দায়ী নয়।
পণ্য পাঠানোর পর ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর প্রদান করা হবে।

4️⃣ রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

শুধুমাত্র ডিফেক্টেড পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।
এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য প্যাকেট ও ট্যাগ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।

5️⃣ প্রাইভেসি পলিসি

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করব না।
আপনার তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে।
