We ensure all products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return or exchange.
• The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2️⃣ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or physically damaged products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Items purchased during clearance or special discount offers (unless defective).

3️⃣ Return & Exchange Process

If your product meets the above conditions:

1. Contact our support team via Facebook Page, Phone, or Email within 3 days.
2. Provide your order number and a photo/video of the defective item.
3. Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or provide return instructions.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
• Refunds for prepaid orders (Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.

5️⃣ Courier & Delivery Charges

• If the return is due to a defective item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
• If the customer changes their mind or provides a wrong address, delivery charges will not be refunded.

আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে পাঠাই। তবে কোনো কারণে যদি আপনি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পান, আমরা সাহায্য করতে প্রস্তুত।

1️⃣ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের যোগ্যতা

• শুধুমাত্র ডিফেক্টেড বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
• পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে সমস্যা জানাতে হবে।
• রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অরিজিনাল প্যাকেট ও ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

2️⃣ যেসব পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:

• ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।
• ট্যাগ বা প্যাকেজ ছাড়া পণ্য।
• ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেল বা বিশেষ অফারে কেনা পণ্য (যদি না ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়)।

3️⃣ রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া

যদি পণ্যটি রিটার্নের যোগ্য হয়:

1. Facebook Page, ফোন, অথবা ইমেইল এর মাধ্যমে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন।
2. অর্ডার নম্বর ও ডিফেক্টেড অংশের ছবি/ভিডিও দিন।
3. যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন নির্দেশনা পাঠাবো।

4️⃣ রিফান্ড নীতি

• শুধুমাত্র যখন পণ্য স্টক আউট বা এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব নয়, তখনই রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
• অগ্রিম (Bkash/Nagad/Bank) পেমেন্টের রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ বা সার্ভিস চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।

5️⃣ কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• যদি পণ্যটি ডিফেক্টেড হয়, তাহলে রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ কোম্পানি বহন করবে।
• কাস্টমারের ভুল ঠিকানা বা মত পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
